L.P. Richardson Literacy Center

Logos completed the L.P. Richardson Literacy Center at the Macedonian Church of God on Griffin Road in Leesburg, Florida, for Dr. Shelia Smalley. Call 352-365-6890. They have DSL with a router/modem that connects ten computers to the Internet with one switch and one Linksys Wireless Modem.

Here are some students enjoying the Center.

They also received the Power Cd Bible and the Pseudopigraphic and Apocrypha library.

We set up this entire literary center for under $200.00 their cost.

Dr. Edward Carter Center for Religious Studies

The Dr. Edward Carter Center for Religious Studies is located at Logos Christian Fellowship

This computer lab has the Power Cd Bible and the Pseudopigraphic and Apocrypha library.

We installed this lab for under $100.00.

Digital Equity Awards:

One of the proactive steps we are taking as a ministry concerned about digital equity is to create the Digital Equity Awards. Applicants who meet the required conditions will be awarded rebuilt donated computers as available.

Applicants may:

1. Demonstrate a need. A school free lunch card, medicaid, or SSI is proof enough.

2. Demonstrate collaborative behavior at school or home.

3. Have the recommendation of a teacher, adult, or pastor.

4. No Disciplinary Actions at school or home.

5. The student may not already own or have access to a computer at home.

6. Students must pledge not to sell the computers.

7. Students will accept computers in "AS IS" condition with no recourse or liability.

8. Students will properly dispose of the equipment when it no longer works.

You can be a vital part of this wonderful program. We need your old computers and equipment as long as they are in working condition. We can do minor repairs. We will award as many computers as we receive to needy and qualified students, schools, or churches.
