Mr. Ward

Congratulations, your failure rate for the first nine-week grading period was below five percent. This is an excellent rate of student success in your class. It shows that you are concerned about your students and want them to learn. It also indicates that you are doing a wonderful job in teaching your subject area. You are appreciated for all that you do to help Windy Hill Middle School students succeed. We are fortunate to have you as a member of our faculty.

Thank,

Ms. Clemons
